I need to know how to go about contacting whoever bought this Bank out because I'm having trouble finding my grandparents deed to their home after they passed and Sooner Federal is who they have their mortgage through back in 1963!? Please help. We cannot sell their home until we find the deed. We have checked at the local county assessor, public records... and still nothing?
