On November 5, 1969 I took out a loan in the amount of $5,400.00 (In Phoenix, AZ) The bank held as security my 1969 Celeb 12X60 mobile home.

I do not have any records on this loan. I'm trying to set up my Trust and I need a clear title for this to happen. I would really appreciate any and all information on this loan.
It was in the name of Marlys Sampson

I remember a news story in the seventys about the president of Southern AZ Bank taking the money and running off. Never heard if he was caught. And now I'm not fining any references to that story. But I know it was reality, because I lost all my checking and savings and was never paid back!
